well at last I have finished the yellow loop cardi, i will post pictures later and now started a pink jacket with hood like the green one with cable at front
I know I have loads of wool but Aldi have some coming in on Sunday that seems good value so going to look to see if any suitable for things I have in mind to make. 

The main thing we have been doing is getting everything out of lounge & hall only thing in it at present are chairs and TV, carpets all up, gave lounge one away on free cycle but hall took to tip, floor doesn't need repairing thank goodness, so only 4 days to wait before fitter comes to lay new wood flooring

haven't done much Knitting this week

I have been busy clearing bathroom and then putting everything back after having floor tiled and also clearing Lounge & Hall ready for having a wood floor laid in just over a week, doing it bit by bit trying to find places to put everything out of the way for 2 weeks but all carpets have to be up next week so fitter can make sure floor is OK and not in need of any levelling or repair which has to be done a few days before wood can be put down
so looking forward to getting everything finished and be able to get on with crafting again as I cant get in to use anything in my room at present But will be well worth the upheaval   

still i have managed to make back fronts & one sleeve of a loop cardigan that I have been asked for, making this one in pale yellow

all items now delivered to shop

the jacket and the matinee set all delivered to shop so hope they sell as quick as all the others

they have asked me to make another loop one in yellow so haven't had to make choice of what to do but going to also start an Arron style to give fingers a change

I have also made a reference flip book for shop so people can see what i have done and possibly order from it next i am going to make a wool swatch of all the colours I can get or have so they can choose what colour they would like things made in

so I am availble to take orders if anyone wants to order

at last i have finished the set and I am pleased with the result hope you agree
this is knitted in DK, size 18 chest so for about 3 to 9 months, but can be made from premature to 1 year, it is made in cream wool by Robin

now to decide what to make next :D

I might do an aran style as winter is on its way so hope warmer will be being thought of for the winter on its way

had a super weekend

have had a break for knitting this weekend making the most of the weather while it last

One of our grandsons was visiting so after going to motercycle shop for him to order a new helmet we went for lunch at a nature spot, Haughmans Hill, a place not far away  and a walk through the woodland to a viewing point with spectacular views over south Shropshire 

a day sorting out my craft room

we have swapped rooms around so i have been sorting all my wool and pattens, card making, sewing and other craft things out. The hardest thing was deciding on where everything is to go,
My husband now knows how much wool I have, so i had better knit faster  
even with the bigger room I am still having a job finding homes for everything :D

Having said that tonight I have managed to make a pair of booties & 1 front of a lace matinee jacket as part of a set whic will have booties, jacket, bonnet & mits it is in cream DK which i find a warmer look than white yet still match with any colour way , i am making size 16" so about 3 to 6 months
