well such a lovley day today I decided to give my fingers a rest from Knitting I can catch up this evening and have spent some time in garden which makes a change from the weather we have had this summer and then made a large plum crumble with some of the plumbs picked

Now there is just the 2 of us to cook for when I do baking I do large size of 10 portions and then freeze in portions which saves on oven use and my time so there is always a meal for days when I am busy or just dont feel like cooking

I cook most food from scratch as my husband is not only diabetic but his Kidneys are also failing so things like salt protein carbohydrates sugar & calories all have to be taken in to account

a sweet little jumper made as request from new mum wanting jumper easy to get over new born's head so made a vest type neck that she finds much easer, this is made in 4ply  

a sweet little matinee jacket this is in DK and can be made in sizes 12", 14", 16", 18" & 20"chest, so sweet form prem babies to 9 months, I have also made this in yellow and pink but unfortunatly have not got a picture of them as they were orders needed fast and forgot to take before posting

just some bonnets boties & mittens made in DK, the first is in toquise the second in cream so i am not sure why they show more blue in the picture, the bonnet i made so it could be tightend around face but i have also made same patten with just bows & ties at bottom so it looks diffrent, i have also tried it with diffrent coloured ribions threaded through which also looks good so quite an adaptable patten that would suit from birth to 6 months ( 28 to 30 around face)

Introduction

Hi, my name is Jean, and I make hand knitted clothing for babies, chlidren and adults.

I've been working as a seamstress and tailor since the 1970's and have settled down in my golden years with knitting to keep myself busy.

I can make nearly anything to custom for most sizes, patterns and designs, I can also make stuffed knitted plush toys.
